Technical Sales Engineer - Aerospace Industry
In the region Rzeszów/Kraków
Your tasks:
- Identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the aerospace industry
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers
- Understanding customer needs to recommend the most suitable tools and solutions
- Planning and conducting regular customer visits and maintaining consistent contact
- Providing demand-oriented technical advice and support
- Presenting new tools and conducting cutting trials at customer sites
- Monitoring market and competitor trends, particularly regarding product range and pricing
- Representing the company at industry exhibitions and trade fairs
Your profile:
- Technical background in machining and metal cutting
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the aerospace industry
- High levels of tenacity, drive and motivation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach
- Proficient in Polish and English, both written and verbal
- Ability and confidence to work autonomously
- Willingness to travel regularly
