Job Description
Fixed-Term Contract (3–9 months)
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented student looking to gain hands-on experience in HR operations? Join our People Services Team in Krakow and help us deliver a seamless and positive experience to our employees — our internal customers. At zooplus, we believe that every interaction with our People & Culture team should leave a lasting, positive impression.
What You'll Do
As a Working Student, you will support the team with a variety of administrative tasks, including:
- Scanning and organizing documents into appropriate staff files
- Preparing documentation for our external payroll provider
- Recording sick leave in the HR system
- Sending Health & Safety training reminders
- Collecting and tracking employee signatures, including follow-ups and archiving
- Supporting other basic administrative needs within the People & Culture scope
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a university program, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills in Polish (English is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks
- Availability to work part-time (approx. 4 days/week contributing to 20 hours/week) for 3–9 months
