Your mission
- Independent handling of customer inquiries and orders
- Monitoring and coordination of delivery dates
- Communication with national and international customers
- Maintenance and administration of master data in the ERP system
- Analysis and preparation of key figures and evaluations
- Support purchasing with needs assessment and orders
Your profile
- Completed commercial training
- Experience in customer support or order processing
- Very good German and good English skills
- Structured, autonomous, and reliable work style
- Strong service orientation and teamwork
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of ERP systems (ideally Infor M3)
- Analytical thinking and numerical affinity
