For our Quality and Clinical Risk Management department at the Krefeld site, we are looking for you as a Documentation Assistant Tumor Documentation (m/f/d) as of 16.08.2026 in full-time (38.5 hours/week), limited as a maternity and parental leave replacement.

• Collection, input and validation of relevant patient data as well as follow-up information in the tumor documentation software Celsius37
• Clarification of medical issues in connection with tumor classification
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements for quality assurance in tumor documentation
• Focus on the documentation of uro-oncological tumors
• Implementation of reporting obligations according to ADT-GEKID standards

• Completed training in the field of nursing, e.g. as a nurse (m/f/d)
• Experience in medical documentation as well as confident handling of MS Excel and Word
• Strong communication skills as well as a structured, independent and goal-oriented way of working
• Ability to work in a team and enjoy working with different professional groups
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
