At our Krefeld site, we are looking for a full-time (38.5 hours per week) central occupancy management employee (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Efficient control of bed occupancy with optimal utilization of existing bed capacity

Planning and coordination of all elective admissions

Regular and close communication with all specialists involved in patient treatment

Prompt processing of transfer requests, both internal and external

Cross-site work for all three sites of the Helios Klinikum Krefeld

Completed vocational training as a registered nurse / geriatric nurse (m/f/d)

Professional experience in occupancy management desirable

Strong communication skills and assertiveness

Experience in working confidently with IT systems

Strong patient orientation as well as team and service-conscious behavior

Legally required proof of immunization against measles

Regulated working hours, no shift work

Permanent employment and remuneration in accordance with the collective agreement as well as a company pension scheme and annual bonus payment
