Your tasks:

• Leadership and further development of the NRW location including team responsibility
• Support and expansion of the customer base as well as active new customer acquisition
• Acquisition and management of economic projects in technical trades (including HVAC as well as finishing trades such as painting and flooring work)
• Further development of the service portfolio in the KG 300 and KG 400 area in line with the growth strategy
• Ensuring efficient processes in terms of quality, deadlines and budgets
• Responsibility for the business results of the site
• Support in the implementation of strategic goals and in the establishment of further locations in the area of Facility & Building Services

What you bring to the table:

• Completed technical training in the field of HVAC, electrical engineering, facility management, building services or comparable, ideally with further training as a master craftsman, technician or engineer
• Several years of management experience, e.g. in the management of a site, a branch or large projects with budget responsibility
• Sound knowledge of technical building services as well as experience with several trades
• Experience in setting up and scaling organizational units or locations
• Entrepreneurial thinking with a pronounced awareness of costs and results
• Sales orientation as well as strong negotiation and acquisition skills
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop teams
• Confident handling of MS Office, ideally also with industry-specific software
