We are looking for a full-time (38.5 hours per week), permanent position as Study Coordinator / Study Nurse (m/f/d) at the Krefeld site as soon as possible.

Independent coordination and organization for the implementation of clinical studies (phase II to IV)

Independent performance of study-specific examinations, e.g. vital sign measurement, ECG

Preparation and dispatch of biological samples, e.g. blood, bone marrow

Independent conception, planning and implementation of logistical processes for ongoing and planned clinical studies

Support with the approval of clinical studies (authorities, ethics)

Assistance with contract management and billing of study services

Completed training in the medical or scientific field, e.g. as a healthcare and nursing assistant, medical assistant (MFA), medical assistant (m/f/d)

Ideally the additional qualification "Study Nurse"

Good written and spoken English skills, proficient in MS Office applications (Word/Excel/Outlook)

Excellent organizational skills and good planning skills

Friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills

Legally required proof of immunization against measles

A pleasant, appreciative way of working in an open-minded, interdisciplinary team of doctors and study nurses
