The regional club ADAC Nordrhein e.V. was founded in 1904. Today, more than 500 employees work in our administrative departments, our telephone service as well as in 19 ADAC Centers and 13 travel agencies in North Rhine-Westphalia. We take care of mobility, travel & vacation, insurance and, of course, ADAC membership. Our employees have been loyal to us for many years and identify strongly with ADAC’s services and products. You will advise and support our members and customers in the travel sector on all questions relating to travel and actively arrange all types of tourist trips and cruises worldwide, applying our quality standards.
In addition, you will actively offer supplementary individual services and products (such as ADAC memberships, travel cancellation insurance, international health insurance and ADAC credit cards).
You will be responsible for processing bookings and maintaining data in our MIDOCO mid-office system and will independently carry out cash accounting.
You will also maintain contact with our tour operators and service providers and assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns. You will also take part in trade fairs and customer evenings.

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship in the tourism/travel sector.
You have one year of professional experience in a comparable position in a travel agency and good knowledge of the German tour operator range.
You have good knowledge of the programs "AMADEUS” and "Bistro” as well as the common MS Office applications and can use them confidently.
A strong service and customer orientation as well as sales skills are among your strengths and it is important to you that every detail is right.
You inspire members and customers with your engaging manner and your high level of customer empathy.
