Shift Manager (m/f/d) & Deputy Workshop Manager – Railway Division

Specialized company in the field of railway maintenance is looking for a new team member to join their Location in Krieglach .

Activities

• Management and coordination of workshop personnel in shift operations
• Ensuring smooth workflow within the workshop (maintenance, servicing, repair of railway vehicles)
• Supporting the workshop management with organizational and administrative tasks
• Responsibility for compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards
• Planning and control of resources (personnel, materials, technology)
• Contact person for technical questions in daily business
• Monitoring the timely execution of maintenance measures in accordance with the applicable guidelines and standards
• Close cooperation with other departments (quality, occupational safety, materials management) to ensure an efficient overall process

Requirements

• Completed technical training in the field of mechatronics, electrical engineering or automotive engineering
• Experience in the railway industry is a prerequisite
• Initial management experience in shift work is an advantage
• In-depth knowledge of relevant legal and technical regulations (e.g. ECM) as well as railway safety regulations and ISO 9001
• Strong sense of responsibility, assertiveness and ability to work in a team
• Confident use of common IT systems (e.g. MS Office, maintenance software)

The collectively agreed gross salary based on full-time employment is € 4.041,84 per month with the willingness to overpay , depending on professional qualifications and experience.
