To strengthen our team at our global headquarters in Kriens, we are looking for a
Digital Designer 100%
Your responsibilities
- You own and elevate Curaprox’s visual identity across all digital touchpoints, including website, e-commerce, newsletters, HubSpot, and paid media.
- You take full responsibility for the quality, consistency, and visual excellence of all digital design outputs.
- You design and continuously enhance key digital assets such as hero banners, PDP visuals, UI libraries, and campaign materials.
- You lead the visual execution of digital campaigns and ensure impactful, high-quality creative output.
- You build and optimise scalable templates, design systems, and workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
- You proactively identify opportunities for improvement across all digital touchpoints and implement them.
- You review, challenge, and elevate creative work from internal teams and external agencies.
- You collaborate closely with marketing, content, and design teams to create outstanding digital brand experiences.
- You act as a true digital brand owner, ensuring that all executions meet the highest standards, coordinating stakeholders, and driving digital design initiatives forward.
Your profile
- You bring strong visual design skills and have an excellent eye for layout, typography, and colour.
- You have a proven ability to translate brand identity into scalable, high-quality digital executions.
- You are highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- You have experience working with design systems, templates, and structured workflows.
- You have a proactive, hands-on mindset and go beyond the brief to improve outcomes.
- You are reliable, solution-oriented, and comfortable driving topics forward independently.
- You enjoy working in an international, cross-functional environment.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. German is a strong plus.
