Quality Management Representative (m/f/d) – Nutritional, Cosmetical & Functional Food Ingredients

📍 Location: Langen near Frankfurt fulltime

We are a scientific driven global company specializing in high-value ingredients for nutritional, cosmetical, and functional food applications with 8 productions sites, more than 500 patents and more than 100 products

🔹 Your Role

As our Quality Management Representative, you will be the cornerstone of our product integrity and regulatory compliance. You will ensure that our quality standards meet industry benchmarks and continually support improvement across the supply chain.

Tasks

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize the QM system (GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001)
• Conduct internal audits and support external certifications
• Evaluate suppliers and manage traceability
• Manage deviations, CAPAs, and root cause analysis
• Train staff on quality and compliance standards
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, labs, and certification partners

Requirements

Your Profile

• Degree in food technology, cosmetic science, pharmacy or related discipline
• Professional experience in quality management within the food/cosmetic sectors in Germany
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001
• Detail-oriented and proactive with excellent analytical skills
• Fluent in German and Englich
• Confident in using QM software and MS Office
