YOUR MISSION

• Create exciting job advertisements for all common platforms - from traditional job portals to social media! You know exactly how to approach the best talents and win them over for us.
• Be the First point of contact for applicants and employees - whether questions, concerns or advice, you always have the right solution at hand.
• Manage the entire recruiting process - from the initial application to recruitment. Your ability to manage several tasks at the same time is required here!

W HAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• A completed Technical or commercial training an advantage - you understand what it takes to be successful in recruiting.
• Very good computer skills - especially in dealing with Office programs and online platforms
• Experience in recruiting - You know exactly how to track down the best talent.
• Fluency in German (at least A2) and Hungarian - You speak and write both languages!
• You are an absolute Team player - Flexibility and cooperation are a matter of course for you.
• Openness and sociability are your trademark - you can win people over quickly.
• Load capacity ? No problem! Stay focused even in stressful situations.
