YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the strategic expansion of our multi-partner program and ensure long-term, profitable business relationships.
• Acquire new retail and multichannel partners to grow the PAYBACK partner portfolio.
• Build trusted relationships with your business contacts and act as the reliable point of contact throughout the acquisition process.
• Manage the entire sales process confidently: from initial contact, business case development, and presentations to contract negotiations and handover to partner management.
• Independently coordinate input from internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Analytics, Legal, and IT) and organize and lead workshops with stakeholders and potential partners.
• Market research, competitor analysis, and networking form the foundation of your acquisition projects (no cold calls).
• Professional demeanor and a focus on quality and process optimization are second nature to you.

YOUR PROFILE

• Several years of experience in Sales or Marketing, e.g., in Account Management or acquisition.
• Background in retail, e-commerce, or consulting for complex services.
• Enjoy working with potential clients and thrive on independence, perseverance, and goal orientation.
• Skilled at handling objections, finding solutions, and negotiating with confidence.
• Strong storytelling skills, a knack for numbers, and a commitment to high-quality standards.
• A team player with great communication skills and a healthy sense of humor.
• A degree in business, marketing, or a comparable qualification.
• Fluent German and good English skills complete your profile.
