Join Team Sembach. Together with 200 colleagues, you will ensure that around 400 million components made of technical ceramics are manufactured every year for companies in the medical, automotive, energy technology and mechanical and plant engineering sectors. In our family business based in Lauf a. d. Pegnitz you can expect flat hierarchies, a pleasant working environment and space for personal development opportunities. We are looking for a IT-Engineer (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
Your tasks include:
- Independent handling of support requests and assistance to employees within the scope of IT user support
- Setup, administration, and continuous development of the IT system landscape
- Analysis and resolution of technical issues to ensure a stable and reliable IT operation
- Monitoring, maintenance, and configuration of network and system infrastructure
- Execution of user administration tasks and device provisioning during onboarding and offboarding
- Contribution to diverse IT projects and initiatives supporting the company’s digital advancement
- Support of internal processes, including compliance with quality and certification requirements
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation as well as optimization of existing IT workflows
What we want from you
- Successfully completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, practice-proven and demonstrably solid expertise in IT system administration
- Strong service orientation combined with a structured, reliable, and solution-focused working style
- Analytical and process-driven mindset, enabling efficient incident handling and continuous improvement of IT workflows
- High level of initiative, willingness to learn, and the ability to assume tasks independently and responsibly
- Solid knowledge of current IT applications, systems, and technologies, particularly in Windows Server environments and the use of Active Directory
- Good German language skills (spoken and written) as well as strong communication skills when interacting with colleagues
