Join Team Sembach. Together with 200 colleagues, you will ensure that around 400 million components made of technical ceramics are manufactured every year for companies in the medical, automotive, energy technology and mechanical and plant engineering sectors. In our family business based in Lauf a. d. Pegnitz you can expect flat hierarchies, a pleasant working environment and space for personal development opportunities. We are looking for a Quality Management Representative (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
Your tasks include:
- Supporting the further development of the quality management system in collaboration with the energy, environmental and occupational health and safety management teams
- Complaints and non-conformity management
- Planning, conducting and following up on internal and external audits
- Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements

Coordination and close collaboration with external representatives in the following areas:
– Environmental management
– Energy management
– Occupational safety - Analysis of processes and identification of potential for improvement
- Creation and maintenance of QM-relevant documents (documentation and process descriptions)
- Training and advising managers and employees on quality-related topics
- Advising and supporting managers and employees on issues relating to our management system
What we want from you
- A successfully completed degree or equivalent qualification (e.g. completed vocational training with relevant further training)
- Relevant professional experience in quality management
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 (an advantage: IATF 16949 or ISO 13485)
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- A structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Competent use of MS Office and quality management tools
