Executive MBA Participant Experience Coordinator intern (100%) - 1 August 2026 – 31 January 2027

We are looking for a dynamic intern to support the EMBA Participant Experience and
Academic Services related operations. Our EMBA program is delivered virtually and face to-face.

Key activities & accountabilities
Supporting the Participant Experience and Academic Services Team in the following areas:
• Delivery of the EMBA programs with high-level service and world-class standards
• Coordination of the program deliverables and gather teaching material from Faculty members and liaise with other internal departments (marketing, communication, F&B, etc.)
• Learning management system to support participants’ learning experience
• Answer requests from the participants during their learning journey
• Collaboration on process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and participant experience
• Support the delivery of virtual sessions and webinars

Formula for success

Education
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in hospitality or event management
• Other business management certification with strong experience in a multicultural customer relations role also possible

Ideal Profile
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in an independent manner
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Team player is a must, as you will work closely with other members of the Degree Programs department and the participants
• Stress management, customer-oriented, professional
• Time management, organization, and coordination skills
• Diplomatic and discreet, proactive
• Excellent English; French and other languages are an advantage
• Computer literate (MS Office)
