Junior Operations & Finance Manager (a)
We are expanding and looking for a detail-oriented Junior Operations and Finance Manager to support our internal processes as we scale internationally. As a Junior Operations and Finance Manager, you will support the leadership team by managing and optimizing the company’s ERP system, logistics, finance, and admin operations. Your role will be essential in ensuring that our fast-paced operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance.
Tasks
ERP & Operations:
- Maintain and manage our ERP system (Odoo), ensuring correct setup of products, workflows, invoicing and automation.
- Improve operational workflows across sales, inventory, procurement, invoicing and customer service.
- Coordinate logistics, production orders, and inventory management with international partners, and suppliers.
- Manage and oversee customer inquiries related to logistics, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Finance & Accounting:
- Oversee day-to-day finance tasks such as invoicing, expense reports, and reconciliation.
- Support quarterly reporting, budgeting, and cashflow tracking.
- Liaise with external fiduciary for VAT, payroll, and financial reporting.
Administration:
- Handle internal documentation, contracts, and compliance records
- Support HR and procurement tasks as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Good understanding of Swiss accounting principles, journal entries, invoicing, and reconciliation processes
- Proven experience managing an ERP system (e.g. Odoo, SAP, ..)
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and process-driven — you don’t let things fall through the cracks
- Fluent in French and English (written & spoken)
- Solid command of Excel, PDF/document workflos, and basic data analytics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
