To strengthen the team at our client company, we are looking for a dedicated commercial specialist (m/f/d) for the goods receiving department to start as soon as possible. In this position, you will play a key role in receiving and inspecting goods and, with your structured work style, ensure smooth processes between purchasing, logistics, and accounting.

Technical requirements
- Completed commercial training, e.g., industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk / warehouse logistics specialist – (m/f/d)
- Prior professional experience in goods receipt, logistics or purchasing is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse and inventory management processes
- Proficient in MS Office, ideally with experience in ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
- Careful, structured and reliable working methods
- Communication skills and teamwork
Tasks, competencies and responsibilities
- Recording and booking of goods receipts in the merchandise management system
- Checking delivery notes and invoices for completeness and accuracy
- Inspection of the delivered goods regarding quantity, quality and damage.
- Clarification of discrepancies with suppliers, purchasing and logistics
- Maintenance of master and transaction data in the ERP system
- Support with inventories and stock checks
- General administrative tasks in the goods receiving department
