Your role
- Make every customer feel supported: You’ll be the first point of contact for UK customers, building trust through clear, empathetic, and professional communication.
- Turn challenges into solutions: You’ll own customer issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them efficiently, demonstrating patience and care.
- Champion consistency and quality: You’ll follow structured workflows and meet SLAs, ensuring every interaction meets our high standards.
- Connect people and processes: You’ll act as the bridge between customers, suppliers, and our German-based teams, translating needs into timely, effective action.
- Grow with curiosity and initiative: You’ll actively learn our platform and marketplace mechanics, using available resources to expand your expertise and performance.
Your qualifications
- Stand out with your language skills: You bring fluent English and at least basic German (A2), enabling communication across teams and during training and onboarding.
- Impress with your experience: You bring previous experience in customer service or operational roles – ideally in e-commerce, public sector, or similar environments. Familiarity with procurement or B2G workflows is a strong advantage.
- Inspire with your communication: You adapt your style for UK customers and internal environments, making every interaction clear and impactful.
- Solve with empathy and focus: You resolve issues with patience, understanding, and a commitment to finding the best outcome for every customer.
- Lead with ownership and energy: You take responsibility for results, driving continuous improvement with enthusiasm and a proactive mindset.
