Are you ready to transform marketing into a true commercial growth engine? As our Head of Revenue Marketing for North, South, and Eastern Europe (NSEE), you’ll drive measurable impact across pipeline creation, customer adoption, upsell campaigns, and regional profitability. Reporting directly to the SVP Sales, NSEE, you’ll be part of the regional team, leading a talented group across Demand Generation, Marketing Management, and Customer Marketing. If you’re passionate about scaling outbound and inbound growth, owning the full buyer lifecycle, and embedding marketing at the heart of Unite’s success, we want to meet you. Your role

  • Lead with vision and impact: You’ll define and execute a revenue marketing strategy that boosts Unite’s pipeline, customer growth, and EBIT across the NSEE region.
  • Empower and inspire your team: You’ll build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, uniting demand generation, lifecycle, and advocacy under one powerful framework.
  • Drive data-driven success: You’ll apply the VVC framework and deliver board-ready reporting, ensuring every campaign is measurable, compliant, and EBIT-positive.
  • Champion commercial excellence: You’ll align resources for maximum commercial return, influence regional investment decisions, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
  • Collaborate across boundaries: You’ll partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Global Marketing to deliver unified, high-impact regional campaigns and represent Unite in external networks.

Your qualifications

  • Seasoned in revenue marketing: You bring proven senior leadership experience in B2B or B2G marketing, driving growth across multiple regions.
  • Builder of high-performing teams: You coach and develop teams accountable for demand generation, upsell, and customer expansion, ensuring leadership continuity.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker: You translate complex data into actionable strategies, confidently influencing P&L and investment decisions.
  • Master of stakeholder management: You collaborate effectively across Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and external partners to achieve shared goals.
  • Digitally fluent and insight-driven: You leverage HubSpot, BI tools, and advanced analytics to track ROI, optimise campaigns, and ensure data compliance.
