Job description
- You will support the surgical team during surgical procedures in various specialist areas
- Carefully prepare operations before and after and assist during the procedures - including sterilisation and instrument reprocessing
- Hygiene and safety standards in the operating theatre are your top priority
- In addition, you will ensure patient-oriented and professionally qualified care during the operation
- You will carry out documentation correctly, completely and promptly
- Together with the entire team, you coordinate and organise smooth surgical procedures
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as a surgical assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- With your sound IT skills, you also keep track of digital documentation and organisation
- In addition, you are willing to actively participate in shift work and on-call duty
- A sense of responsibility and diligence characterise you as well as the ability to work in a team, reliability and flexibility in the dynamic everyday life of a clinic
