To support our wound management team, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a

Healthcare and nursing professional / nursing specialist / nurse / geriatric nurse / geriatric nurse / nursing specialist (m/f/d)

in the function of wound expert / wound manager (m/f/d)

• You will be responsible for the processing of wound consils as well as the supervision and guidance of wound visits

• You will be responsible for checking the wound documentation
• You will provide training for nursing and medical staff and support the wound experts in the respective departments
• You will be responsible for assessing the risk of pressure ulcers, monitoring documentation and quality assurance and improvement
• You are responsible for implementing the latest prevalence results
• As a contact person, you will maintain a regular and interdisciplinary exchange with the outpatient and inpatient departments

• You are a registered nurse / health & nursing professional / geriatric nurse (m/f/d) and have at least five years of professional experience

• You have the qualification "Wound expert ICW"
• You are characterized by high professional and social competence as well as independence
• Your strengths include a sense of responsibility, commitment and team spirit
• You are confident in using MS Office (e.g. Word and Excel)
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
