We are looking for a full-time Plant Tour Manager
Das sind deine Aufgaben:
- Lead and coordinate the BMW Plant Tour programme in Debrecen
- Manage and schedule a team of 5–10 tour guides
- Act as the main contact person for the guide team and the client on site
- Support recruitment and training of new guides
- Ensure smooth daily tour operations and quality management
- Participate in selected tours (special target groups, quality checks, sickness cover)
- Coordinate with the booking centre on tour offers and capacities
- Prepare reports and provide feedback to management
Das bringst du mit:
- Strong organisational skills and reliability
- Experience in team leadership or personnel coordination is an advantage
- Excellent communication and service orientation
- Very good knowledge of Hungarian and English (written and spoken)
- Confident in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Professional demeanour, intercultural competence, well-groomed appearance
- Enthusiasm for technical processes and the automotive industry
