We are looking for a full-time Plant Tour Manager

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

Lead and coordinate the BMW Plant Tour programme in Debrecen
Manage and schedule a team of 5–10 tour guides
Act as the main contact person for the guide team and the client on site
Support recruitment and training of new guides
Ensure smooth daily tour operations and quality management
Participate in selected tours (special target groups, quality checks, sickness cover)
Coordinate with the booking centre on tour offers and capacities
Prepare reports and provide feedback to management

Strong organisational skills and reliability
Experience in team leadership or personnel coordination is an advantage
Excellent communication and service orientation
Very good knowledge of Hungarian and English (written and spoken)
Confident in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Professional demeanour, intercultural competence, well-groomed appearance
Enthusiasm for technical processes and the automotive industry
