At the Helios Park-Klinikum Leipzig, you are looking for a

Nurse / Nurse / Nurse / Nurse (m/f/d)

with further training as a practical instructor (m/f/d) for generalist nursing training.

with 50% leave of absence for practice guidance and 50% assignment as a caregiver

• You will accompany a fixed group of trainees from the first day of training to the exam
• You will be responsible for the planning, implementation and follow-up of structured instructions, the acceptance of performance certificates and examinations
• Your area of responsibility will include documenting the learning development of the trainees
• They are in close contact with the central practice guidance and the nursing school
• You will work on the creation and implementation of new methodological concepts

• You are a trained health and nursing assistant (m/f/d) or have comparable training with further training as a practice instructor with at least two years of professional experience
• You have pedagogical skills and are characterized by independent and structured work
• Confident handling of PC-based documentation & interest in continuous training
• You are characterized by initiative, organizational talent and the ability to deal with conflicts as well as a high degree of social competence
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
