• A commercial or forwarding training with appropriate further training with a focus on quality management or a successfully completed business studies in logistics and initial experience in the automotive sector is desirable
• Qualification as a quality management representative according to DIN EN ISO 9001 (or similar qualification)
• Knowledge of other ISO standards such as 14001, 50001, 45001 is an advantage
• Confident in the use of tools such as FMEA, Turtle, 8D, 5-Why
• Strong user knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Outlook
• Strong organizational skills and independent working style
• Structured and process-oriented thinking
• Teamwork skills and strong communication and moderation skills
• Flexibility and resilience as well as commitment and initiative

• You are very familiar with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and have extensive experience in its implementation.
• In close cooperation with the branch management, you will design and further develop a site-specific QM system.
• As the direct interface to the central QM department, you ensure the implementation and compliance with our quality standards.
• You are responsible for the creation, maintenance and monitoring of process documentation at the site.
• You plan, coordinate, and conduct internal process and 5S audits independently and professionally accompany external audits.
• You use quality tools such as process FMEA, 5-Why and 8D routinely and purposefully
