Its business primarily serves key sectors such as smart grids, radio frequency identification (RFID), automotive electronics, and the security industry. To meet the needs of these sectors, the company provides innovative, eco-friendly lithium battery solutions and related products that feature high energy density, long service life, and a wide operating temperature range.

Responsibilities

• Quality Control and Process Optimization: Execute and maintain the quality management system (e.g.ISO 9001, IATF 16949) to ensure all quality control processes comply with company standards and customer requirements, driving continuous improvement.
• Product Quality Inspection and Verification: Responsible for the quality inspection of battery products and their components, utilizing inspection tools (e.g..PFMEA, 8D) to analyze data and ensure the products meet technical specifications and customer requirements.
• Developing and Implementing Warehouse Quality Control Plans: Develop and execute quality control plans for the warehouse, including incoming material inspection, process control, Working and finished product inspection.
• Quality Issue Analysis and Improvement: Monitor, collect, and analyze quality data from the production process, identify key quality issues, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and drive and follow up on the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to reduce defect rates.
• Cross-Department Collaboration and Quality Enhancement: Work closely with production, logistics, R&D, and customer service teams, ensuring the on-time delivery of high-quality products and improving customer satisfaction.
• Customer Complaint Handling and Corrective Action: Responsible for receiving, investigating, and developing orective attires for cust ontariality consinto ainine it rele and drivingscontinuous optimization to enhance customer trust.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Mechanical, Automotive, or Quality Management-related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in quality management or quality engineering within the manufacturing, automotive, battery, or electronics industries.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and German, with the ability to use all three languages as working languages.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiar with the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems such as ISO9001 and IATF 16949.
• Proficient in quality tools such as PFMEA, 8D, and the five core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC), as well as Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Hands-on experience in process quality control and finished goods inspection.
• Min 2 years of experience in Warehouse quality control.
• Have a good understanding of Warehouse quality control
• Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills able to collaborate effectively with production, logistics, customer service, and R&D teams.
• Capable of independently handling customer quality complaints and driving corrective and preventive actions.
• Position is based in Germany and requires willingness to travel for short business trips (e.g. supplier audits, customer visits).
• Quality-related certifications (e.g., CQE) are a plus.
