For the Helios Health Institute in Leipzig, we are looking for you as a secretary / office clerk (m/f/d) as soon as possible - full-time (38.5 h / week) and initially limited for 2 years

• You will support your colleagues in organisational and administrative tasks
• You will run errands, document and write letters both internally and externally
• You will coordinate and plan appointments, business trips, conferences and events and take minutes of meetings
• You will be responsible for processing telephone, postal and e-mail correspondence
• You will be involved in duty planning and the coordination of vacation planning
• You will be responsible for processing invoices and assisting with billing

• You are in possession of a completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained initial professional experience as a medical typist or in the secretarial department
• You are technically adept and confident in using the common MS Office programs, especially Excel
• Your strengths include a quick grasp, flexibility in dealing with changing tasks and organizational talent
• You have professional and social skills
• Complete evidence of immunization against measles
