Service dispatcher (m/f/d) - Technical building management / Help Desk

You work directly in the Plant of a renowned automobile manufacturer and take over the Coordination of technical service operations . In Help desk are you central contact person for internal areas – with a focus on planning, communication, and smooth processes. You will act not in a call center , but in a technically oriented environment with direct reference to the production process.

Your profile
completed Apprenticeship im technical or artisanal Area , e.g. as a mechatronics engineer, electronics engineer or plant mechanic
Ideally first Professional experience in facility management or in the Technical Building Services
Good PC skills (MS Office); experience with SAP or CAFM systems wünschenswert
Only solution-oriented work as well as a confident and friendly demeanor – even in stressful situations
Willingness to shift work (Early/Late/Night) as well as Weekend shifts in 24/7 operation; Driving license class B necessary
Your tasks
receipt and Bearbeitung of Fault reports and Service requests via building management system, email and telephone
Recording, classification, forwarding and tracking of Tickets in the customer's own CAFM system according to defined processes
Coordination of technical service operations taking into account priorities and Availabilities
Assurance a cross-departmental Information flow and regular Reporting to customers and departments
Support in compliance with quality standards and Documentation all processes in the system
