Are you a nurse and would like to take on responsibility and contribute your expertise?
Then become Deputy Ward Manager (m/f/d) of our IMC / Intermediate Care Ward with a focus on cardiology.
This exciting area combines modern monitoring technology, structured interdisciplinary cooperation and high-quality patient care.
You will support the ward management professionally and organizationally and shape the further development of the ward together with the team.
You can look forward to a professional, committed team, clear structures and a varied working day with a high level of professional responsibility.
What to expect
- Together with the nursing management, you will organize and coordinate the area
- You will take over the absence replacement of the nursing management and the associated tasks, such as personnel scheduling and absence management
- They ensure evidence-based nursing care, including its documentation and coding
- They promote an open and constructive error culture
- You will support the supervision and implementation of projects in the department or clinic
- You will ensure the implementation of the company's and clinic's goals in the area of responsibility
What you bring to the table
- You are a trained nurse (m/f/d) or have comparable training
- You have several years of professional experience, if possible with management responsibility
- You have completed specialist training in intensive care and anaesthesia or are willing to complete this specialist training
- You can inspire other employees and teammates for the profession in nursing
- You are willing to work together across professional groups and are characterized by communication skills and initiative
- Legally required proof of immunization against measles
