Your tasks will include:

• Efficient organization of transport orders
• Project-related inquiries and awarding of international transport contracts
• Invoice control of transport invoices
• Correct customs clearance, both for exports and imports
• Master data maintenance
• Improvement and documentation of standardized processes for customs formalities

What you bring to the table:

• Completed training (apprenticeship, university of applied sciences) in the field of transport & freight forwarding
• Several years of relevant professional experience in freight forwarding
• Export/import processing including customs law is advantageous
• Structured, accurate, and results-oriented way of working
• Sound knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
• Very good written and spoken German and English
• Open, communicative, and confident personality

This position has a minimum base salary of €37,400 for full-time employment (38.5 hours) in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. The actual income depends on professional qualifications and work experience.
