Your tasks

• Independent set-up, operation and monitoring of CNC lathes
• Safe handling of machine tools such as lathes, milling machines and grinders
• Reading, interpreting and implementing technical drawings and documents
• Creation, adaptation and optimization of CNC programs (Heidenhain, Siemens, Sinumerik, Okuma)
• Carrying out quality checks using measuring and testing equipment
• Responsibility for precision, dimensional accuracy and quality of components
• Collaboration in the production of individual parts and small series production
• Documentation of work steps and active participation in process optimization

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a metal technician, ideally with a focus on machining
• Several years of professional experience in the manufacture of individual parts or small series production
• Sound experience in working with CNC and conventional machine tools
• Programming skills in Heidenhain, Siemens, Sinumerik or Okuma
• CAM knowledge an advantage
• Routine in handling measuring and testing equipment
• Independent, precise and solution-oriented way of working
• Written and spoken German
• Driving license B with own car

Working hours:

• 06:00 - 14:00 & 14:00 - 22:00
• Saturday work: only by agreement as overtime

Your salary The gross wage according to the collective agreement is € 20, 84 per hour . Depending on qualifications and experience Overpayment is of course possible .
