Project Manager Mergers & Acquisitions (f/m/d)

As Project Manager Mergers & Acquisitions (f/m/d) you will support and lead M&A projects by coordinating efforts across divisions and with external partners to ensure successful transactions for Bayer. This includes acquisitions, divestments, licensing, and joint venture projects, all within the "Mergers, Acquisitions and Licensing" team and in accordance with Bayer guidelines.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• You conduct in-depth research and analysis to shape and support M&A strategies
• You lead and actively participate in due diligence sessions, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness
• You prepare high-quality presentations and reports tailored to various stakeholders
• You support negotiation processes and keep timelines on track
• You foster effective communication between internal divisions and external partners to drive collaboration

WHO YOU ARE

• You hold a university degree (f/m/d) or an equivalent qualification—an MBA is a strong plus
• You bring several years of experience in corporate M&A or corporate finance advisory
• You have proven skills in financial modeling and analysis
• You communicate clearly, lead confidently, and collaborate effectively
• You are fluent in English, and additional language skills are a plus
