IT Coordinator (m/f/d)

Job description

ATMOS Space Cargo is seeking an IT Coordinator to support and further develop our internal IT operations in a fast-paced space start-up environment. In this role, you will help ensure that our teams have reliable, secure, and efficient IT systems and tools in place to support day-to-day business and engineering activities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working across different functions, solving problems pragmatically, and building scalable IT processes in a growing company.

Key responsibilities
- You will support the day-to-day coordination of internal IT operations, ensuring smooth and reliable business continuity
- You will act as a first point of contact for IT-related topics and support employees with hardware, software, and access-related issues
- You will coordinate the setup, maintenance, and lifecycle management of laptops, mobile devices, user accounts, and workplace IT equipment
- You will help manage IT onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- You will coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors to ensure timely support and issue resolution
- You will support the administration of collaboration tools, communication platforms, and core business systems
- You will contribute to the implementation and improvement of IT policies, cybersecurity practices, and data protection measures
- You will identify opportunities to improve IT processes, structure, and user experience in a growing start-up environment

Profile required

- You have a degree, vocational training, or comparable practical experience in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field
- You have first professional experience in IT support, IT coordination, system administration, or workplace IT
- You are familiar with common IT infrastructure, user support processes, hardware management, and software administration
- You have a structured, hands-on, and service-oriented way of working
- You have good problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to operational challenges
- You have strong written and spoken English skills; German is a strong plus
