Job description
- You will take on management and leadership tasks and play an active role in shaping the property service
- You will responsibly lead and manage a team of five employees and ensure strong cooperation
- You will coordinate the deployment of staff and delegate tasks precisely so that all projects run efficiently
- You will confidently manage tenders and award procedures via the online portal evergabe.de
- You will be responsible for funding management, coordination and invoicing
- You will work independently on construction planning and building regulations procedures and take responsibility for implementation
- As the first point of contact for property-related matters, you will visibly contribute your expertise
Requirements
- You have completed training or a degree in real estate, administration or construction
- Ideally, you have professional experience in construction administration or property management
- You have extensive management experience and expertise in supervising employees
- With sound knowledge of tendering and procurement, preferably with evergabe.de, you are confident on the road
- organised, communicative and solution-oriented, you get projects and processes moving
- you are confident with common Office applications and use them specifically in your day-to-day work
