Innovation Senior System Engineer (m/w)

Beschreibung

Lead the coordination of technical development and integration for groundbreaking industrial solutions and machinery spanning various application fields (e.g., intralogistics, hygienic automation solutions)

Engage in close collaboration with international, multi-disciplinary engineering teams to pioneer prototypes and advance novel products and technologies

Execute feasibility studies, conduct risk assessments, and oversee prototype developments to ascertain the viability and efficacy of proposed solutions

Comprehend customer requirements and jointly define engineering specifications within multidisciplinary teams

Cultivate adaptability and a collaborative mindset to navigate changing project demands and evolving customer expectations

Cooperate with external suppliers and contractors to seamlessly integrate specialized components and expedite delivery

Institute optimal engineering practices throughout our innovation projects

Qualifikationen / Anforderungen

Holder of a Mechatronics Engineering or Automation Engineering degree from a reputable university (MSc, 5 years)
Demonstrated expertise in orchestrating technical advancements, especially within the realms of industrial automation and machine construction
Aptitude for delineating engineering prerequisites in projects, detailing essential components and system functionalities
Awareness of pertinent industry standards and regulations
Readiness to delve into new applications, keeping abreast of innovations in automation technology and adhering to industry best practices
Proficient understanding of automation technologies, encompassing PLC, motion control systems, and sensor applications
Familiarity with CAD software for system design and modeling (e.g., SolidWorks) and the design of automation hardware systems
Background in Agile project management frameworks (e.g., Scrum) and familiarity with Jira is advantageous
Experience in a multicultural work environment
Enthusiastic about tackling intricate technical challenges, formulating imaginative and objective-driven engineering concepts
Exceptional problem-solving skills in multifaceted activities, coupled with critical and analytical thinking, and the ability to comprehend intricate engineering concepts
Capability to maintain a flexible and collaborative mindset, adapting to evolving demands and embracing a responsive development approach
Expresses eagerness to work cooperatively for the attainment of superior outcomes
