Your tasks:

• Analysis, coordination, and documentation of business and technical requirements in the area of ​​IT systems and architectures
• Process analysis and process redesign
• Analyze databases
• Benchmarking through commercial and business evaluations
• Creation of impact analyses
• Implementation of evaluations and templates for stakeholders and management
• Support through business testing during the introduction of new functionalities
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Design and optimization of business processes at banks, investment companies, and financial service providers

Your profile:

• Completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification, preferably with a focus on finance
• At least 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position at a bank, investment company, or consulting firm
• In-depth knowledge of securities, customer master data, and capital gains taxation
• Good knowledge of business process management
• Basic knowledge of portfolio management and asset management, and ideally solid knowledge of securities trading and funds
• Experience in a project environment as an analyst (requirements analysis and definition, creation of technical concepts) as well as in project or sub-project management
• Your presentation is professional and you put the customer first
• Fluent and articulate German and English skills
