With our Experienced Entrepreneurial Software Architect role, we approach you to make sure that emerging technology trends on the market are correctly reflected in our product, to proactively address our customers’ needs.

In close collaboration with the Dynatrace CTO and the product leadership teams, you will have the role of driving the development of product features.

Your role at Dynatrace

  • You will act as a technical advisor on in-development product features.

  • You will pro-actively learn about the Product to apply your knowledge to internal use cases.

  • You will address and analyze technology market trends and derive valuable propositions out of that.

  • You will combine deep technical work with future-facing product development.

  • You will partner with the Senior Leadership Team to present your opinion and findings.

  • You will point out improvements in the user experience.

  • You will be responsible for setting your own goals extracted from given topics.

  • You will differentiate between the different customer personas and their user journeys to anticipate pain points before concepts and features reach production.

  • As top talent and expert who can bring tactics, strategics, vision and execution well together, you have great options after the first year(s) to take a dedicated leadership role.

What will help you succeed

We are searching for experienced Leaders in the Product Management area:

  • 7+ years experience in at least two roles from our target audiences (software engineering, site reliability engineering, security engineering, software architecture).

  • An excellent foundation ofcurrent software development and delivery trends.

  • Solid knowledge on AI technologies and market trends.

  • The ability to quickly understand and interpret upcoming trends, and put them into practice by developing hands-on examples and use cases.

  • Ability to quickly acquire and apply relevant Dynatrace specific knowledge to work on internal use cases.

  • You can think on the spot and have a structured way of communication.

  • You have a strong interest in and understanding of technical topics such as Cloud Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Application Security, Large scale data analytics, and SaaS Software.

  • Capability to understand very different customer use cases and their user journey.

  • Good intuition to proactively anticipate customer pain points implying regular customer observation.
