As a Product Manager, you shape the future of our SaaS solution. You work at the intersection of business, technology, and customer needs – collaborating closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders.
Your tasks
- You ensure product value and viability by deeply understanding customers, market trends, competitors, and business constraints.
- You align product goals with business strategy.
- You spend time with customers to deeply understand their needs through interviews, usability tests, and data analysis.
- You use data and customer insights to drive evidence-based product decisions.
- You measure success through meaningful product metrics and high-quality releases.
- You collaborate closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
Your profile
- You have at least three years of working experience as Product Manager or Product Owner for a digital product (preferably SaaS) in an agile environment.
- You hold a relevant degree (Business Informatics, Computer Science, Digital Business, or similar).
- You are curious about the E-Commerce/MarTech space and ideally bring first-hand experience.
- You thrive in a customer-centric, outcome-driven environment and are motivated to turn strategy into real-world impact.
- You feel comfortable communicating with stakeholders from various teams and hierarchy levels – in both, German and English.

For legal reasons, we refer to the collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 3,843 (14 x per year) for this position. The actual salary depends on your qualification and experience, a willingness to overpay is given.
