Requirement Engineer (f/m/x)

As a Requirement Engineer, you will capture, document, and model customer requirements to further develop our CAD/CAM systems, cloud-based ERP solutions, and online shops. In close collaboration with product management, interdisciplinary teams, and customers, you will elevate our software solutions to the next level.

Your Responsibilities

• Conducting requirements analyses in collaboration with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders
• Documentation, modeling, and specification of requirements
• Creation and maintenance of technical specifications that serve as the basis for development and quality assurance
• Support in the development and implementation of industry-specific solutions for our CAD/CAM systems, ERP solutions, and online shops
• Close collaboration with product management and interdisciplinary teams to optimize product development
• Participation in customer meetings for requirement gathering and validation

Your Profile

• A completed degree in business informatics, wood technology, or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the furniture industry or related fields
• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Teamwork skills and experience in working with interdisciplinary teams are an advantage
• Willingness to travel and flexibility for a several-week onboarding at the location near Linz
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
