• Commissioning of PCs, laptops, servers, printers, multimedia devices and network components
• Participation in innovative, cross-departmental IT projects
• Supporting users in the company as a service desk contact point
• Monitoring and analysis of the internal company network, as well as troubleshooting
• Dealing with a variety of IT issues in your daily work
