IHRE AUFGABEN

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the company’s global AI vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with corporate goals.
• Technology & Innovation: Lead global initiatives in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Generative AI, Edge AI, and Predictive Analytics
• Product Integration: Collaborate closely with product development, software engineering, and system architecture teams to embed AI capabilities into vehicle systems (e.g., driver assistance, quality control, manufacturing optimization, supply chain intelligence).
• Organizational Structure: Building and leading a global, interdisciplinary AI team (Data Scientists, ML Engineers, AI Researchers, MLOps, etc.).
• Governance & Compliance: Ensuring ethical, regulatory, and security standards in dealing with AI systems (e.g., EU AI Act, ISO/SAE 21434, cybersecurity).
• Change Management: Promoting a data-driven corporate culture and enabling business units to independently leverage AI potential.

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Completed technical studies in the fields of computer science, engineering, mathematics, data science or comparable, a doctorate is an advantage
• At least 10 years of professional experience in AI/ML or management consulting, including several years in a leadership position with global responsibility
• Proven experience in implementing projects (ideally in AI projects) in industrial or automotive applications.
• Deep understanding of modern AI architectures, generative models, MLOps pipelines, and cloud/edge deployments.
• High level of experience in international project business, disciplinary leadership of global executives/teams, and good knowledge of development processes in the automotive environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and German are required, further languages (e.g. Chinese) are an advantage
  Practical knowledge of development methods and Automotive SPICE
• Systematic and structured working style with strong communication and motivational skills
