YOUR TASKS
As Sales Director (m/f/d) International OEMs for the Businessgroup Lighting, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of sales initiatives across the European region of mainly two customers accounts: Stellantis & Renault. This role encompasses high-level responsibilities, driving regional growth, optimizing customer engagement, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of the Mainlight Division through visionary leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
- Define and execute the Sales Strategy for Mainlight with International Customers, 2 main customers : Stellantis and Renault.
- Represent the sales function, contributing to strategic decisions and corporate governance.
- Lead and mentor regional sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture and talent development.
- Drive acquisition and growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with cost, timeline, and profitability targets.
- Oversee complex negotiations and strategic partnerships to enhance market position and customer satisfaction.
- Champion digital transformation and process optimization across the sales organization.
- Act as the primary liaison between key customers and internal stakeholders, managing escalations and strategic communications.
- Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence within the sales function.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in automotive sales leadership, including direct engagement with European OEMs.
- Proven track record of strategic leadership, team development.
- Deep understanding of production, logistics, and cost optimization within the automotive sector.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such German are a plus.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead transformation initiatives and drive sustainable growth.
