Key responsibilities
Independently manage and structure financial and administrative processes (e.g. invoice verification, document management)
Support accounting in accounts payable and receivable processes as well as month-end and year-end closing activities
Process customer orders including order entry, invoicing, and data maintenance in ERP systems
Assist in quotation preparation and ensure accuracy of pricing and master data
Handle purchasing activities including purchase order processing and supplier communication
Act as a key interface between sales, purchasing, finance, and management to ensure smooth operations
Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations while maintaining accurate data and documentation

Contribute to the optimization and continuous improvement of administrative and financial processes

Requirements
Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in back office, or administrative roles with a financial focus
Basic knowledge of accounting and understanding of purchasing and sales processes
First Experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP/S/4HANA) and strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
Structured, detail-oriented, and independent working style with a strong affinity for numbers
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across different stakeholders
