Tasks

In this role, you will drive the growth and market penetration of Aritec Mining solutions . You will be backed by Aritec Unique and global leading prodcuts, and provide subtantial value added to global key accounts.

You will join higly motivated team at Luzern, in which regne a friendly and motivated atmosphere, and whose members are all dedicated to bring cutting edge prodcuts and solutions to some of largest global groups. We are bringing the next generation solution for Energy transformation and Co2 reduction.

You will join a group of people who want to bridge finanical rewards with meaningful actions and purpose in their everyday works.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire, Support, and Advise Customers to build strong relationships by managing and consulting with potential and existing customers.
• Develop and Promote Proposals to present and advocate for tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
• Provide proactive support to customers by working on project development, quality enhancements, and technical innovations.
• Support Legal and Commercial Negotiations and assist with contract discussions, pricing agreements, and ensure alignment with management approval processes.
• Set and Review Sales Goals, monitor progress, and establish long-term forecasts to drive sustainable growth.
• Actively participate in industrial fairs, refine the sales strategy, and deliver comprehensive sales reports.

Requirements

Education

• Master in Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• Please ONLY apply if you have a proven track record, and at least 5 years plus experience in Mining relating business, such as Conveyer belt, Surface mining equionment, cranes.
• Demonstrated experience in customer acquisition, relationship management, and strategic account development.
• Prior involvement in collaborating with R&D teams on project development and quality improvements.

Technical Knowledge

• Strong understanding of Pendant, Mining conveyer belt, their applications, and market demands.
• Ability to assist in legal discussions and pricing negotiations, ensuring alignment with commercial goals.

Language Skills

• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Proficiency in German is highly valued.
