To support our expansion, primarily in German-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a:

Sales Manager - BtoB Software (H/F)

Missions

Reporting to a team leader and collaborating with another Sales Manager, your mission notably covers the following areas:

·        Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end, from lead generation to deal closure using HubSpot CRM.

·        Conduct discovery calls, analyze customer needs, present tailored solutions, prepare quotations, negotiate, and close deals.

·        Execute our sales strategy in target segments and regions, tracking KPIs like pipeline volume, conversion rates, and closing ratios.

·        Own pre-sales customer relationships and ensure smooth handover to implementation and customer success teams.

·        Collaborate with marketing, product management, and consulting to improve campaigns and sales processes.

·        Use digital and AI tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Profile

You hold a higher education degree (Business School or Engineering School) and have at least 5 years of commercial experience in selling software solutions. Experience within the HR software environment would be considered a strong asset.

You are, above all, a true hunter. Your drive, resilience, and determination define your sales approach. You genuinely enjoy selling and persuading, and you thrive on winning new business.

With strong communication skills, you are comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, challenging their thinking, and bringing clear added value to their decision-making process. To effectively address your assigned target prospects, fluency in German is mandatory.

You are tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools such as social networks, CRM systems, and other modern sales technologies.
