POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Coordinate and manage the daily machine project business for the Americas region
- Ensure reliable revenue pacing and order tracking for machine projects
- Provide non-disciplinary leadership: support, motivate and guide the team in daily operations
- Act as the main interface between Customer Solutions, Service, Order Management, and other internal stakeholders
- Monitor and manage commission payments (agents / distributors), and open payments (customers)
- Identify bottlenecks and contribute to continuous process improvements across the order-to-delivery workflow
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- A completed commercial training combined with solid understanding of the full sales process (lead generation to delivery and invoicing)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role and project coordination
- Strong analytical skills and customer-oriented mindset
- High level of resilience, flexibility and problem-solving thinking
- Ability to motivate others and take ownership in a dynamic environment
- Very good language skills in English and German
