WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Applicants should have a good secondary school diploma or a (technical) high school diploma. They should also have a good understanding of mathematics and natural sciences, as well as strong logical and analytical thinking skills. An interest in computer science, IT systems, application development, and programming is particularly important to us. Good written and spoken English skills are also essential. A sense of responsibility, independence, and careful work are just as important as good teamwork skills.

THE TRAINING:

IT is very important to us. IT’s customers are the internal departments with their individual requirements. As a trainee, you will already be actively working on implementing these requirements and optimizing processes during your training.

The training takes place in a dual system over three years. The vocational school is in Lüneburg. If your performance is good, it is possible to shorten the training period.
