Sartiq is a content production tool used by some of the coolest and biggest fashion brands in the world to create images and videos at scale.

Our clients use Sartiq to create e-commerce imagery, lookbooks, and campaign content. No photographers, no studios, no models needed.

Inside Sartiq, you create AI-generated model identities. You build a brand's visual identity from scratch. You curate outfits and generate shots that make people want to buy things.

We're not selling "cheaper photos." We're selling photos that make people want to buy things. The bar isn't "does it work?" it's "is it beautiful?"

We've built the infrastructure. Now we want someone who pushes the creative edge of what this system can produce.

Tasks

1. Ideate and Generate content to feed our sales, marketing, and client work with killer visuals. We need amazing content for everything: pitch decks, social media, client demos, case studies. You'll be the reason our slides look better than everyone else's.

2. Experiment constantly with AI tools to produce cool content. Our platform generates images. You'll push it to its limits, trying new prompts, new combinations, new directions. What can we make this thing do that looks great?

3. Give engineers direction on how automation can produce amazing output. The platform is the product. You'll work with the dev team to translate "this looks cool" into rules, parameters, and systems that can scale. The goal: the automation itself produces content that's spaziale, not just acceptable.

•4. Propose cool ideas constantly. We have the rails. You bring the creative fuel.

Requirements

A digital artist, basically. Someone who's in love with creating images using every tool they can find.

You're someone who, by nature, hunts for digital tools to create images. It's not your job: it's who you are. When nobody's watching, you're still making things.

Not someone who stopped at becoming a Photoshop wizard, or a Blender wizard, or an Illustrator wizard.

You're the one who:

• Played with shaders just to see what would happen

• Wrote scripts in Processing to generate visuals from data

• Uses Claude or other LLMs to code small scripts that do weird visual things

• Experiments with diffusion models combined with who-knows-what to make strange, beautiful output

• Has a strong aesthetic sense and applies it to everything you touch

Fashion experience is not required, but clearly appreciated. What matters is that you can create beautiful images with digital tools.

How we work:

• Small team, full ownership. You'll own the creative output end-to-end. No committees, no approval chains.

• Taste over process. We care more about good judgment than following frameworks. If it looks cool, ship it. If it doesn't, try again.

• Ship, don't spec. We prefer working experiments over polished decks. A weird prototype that sparks ideas beats a beautiful presentation that nobody acts on.

In the application form you should submit:

1. A link to your portfolio, but also Actual things. Experiments. Half-broken projects with an interesting idea. Weird AI art. Generative sketches. Show us how your visual skills.

2. At least one content made with AI tools. Show us how you use these tools to create. It doesn't have to be polished — we want to see how you push them

3. A short note — Why does this role excite you?

The interview process will work as follows:

1. AI Content & portfolio review (async) — We look at what you sent.
2. Intro call (30 min) — Mutual fit check. If we like you we give you a paid challenge
3. Experiment (paid, 3-5 days) — You play with our tools. Make something cool. We see how you think.
4. Direct offer for a full-time job if we like the experiment
