We are looking for an ISO & Management System Professional who will help shape a standardized, interconnected Quality and Environmental Management System across our global organization. In this role, you will support central functions in implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving these systems, including activities related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other certifications in close collaboration with our process excellence teams.

Your Impact

In this role, you will:

• Support the strategic implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the integrated management system according to defined quality management standards.
• Manage and improve governance documentation within internal tools and platforms; provide user training and first‑level support.
• Assist global entities in rolling out and aligning their quality and environmental management systems with harmonized group standards.
• Contribute to maintaining ISO certifications by supporting audits and continuous management system improvements.
• Oversee key communication channels and knowledge‑sharing platforms to ensure consistency and effective information flow.

What you bring

• A degree in engineering or supply chain management, ideally with a focus on quality management.
• Training or certifications in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, quality management, project management, or internal auditing.
• Experience in setting up, implementing, and improving management systems across quality, environmental, and safety areas.
• Proven experience delivering complex, cross‑functional projects and driving process management initiatives.
• Fluency in English.
