We’re a small, international team based in Lucerne — and we’re growing. To keep up with demand, we’re looking for an Operations & Client Support Assistant who will help ensure every client’s path runs smoothly — from their ancestors’ very first documents to the day they receive their Croatian passport from the authorities.
Tasks
Your responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our clients’ journey. Together with our operations and sales team, you’ll make sure that every step runs smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks. Your work will include:
- Guiding the early stage by preparing and sending document requests in Croatia.
- Helping clients get ready for their applications by keeping trackers and document lists up to date.
- Supporting clients before their embassy appointments, so they feel confident and prepared.
- Handling registrations and follow-ups after citizenship approval, including communication with Croatian authorities.
- Coordinating with partners, notaries, and government offices to keep processes moving.
- Working closely with the team to make sure operations stay organized and deadlines are met.
Requirements
- You speak English fluently and your Croatian is strong enough to communicate confidently with government offices (Portuguese and/or Spanish are a plus).
- You’re organized and detail-oriented, able to keep track of several client cases at the same time.
- You have strong communication skills and can build trust with both clients and partners.
- You’re familiar with Croatian bureaucracy — or ready to learn (we provide training).
- You’re comfortable working with Microsoft 365 and digital tools to stay on top of tasks.
- You already hold a valid Swiss work permit — we’re not able to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
